Referrals

EduDiverse accept referrals from Schools and the Local Authority. We do not accept referrals directly from parent/carers.


If you wish for your child to be considered for a place on one of our courses then please liaise with your child’s School, SEN Casework Officer or Social Worker.


We collect the information below to understand who is accessing our provision as part of our work to deliver inclusive programs that appeal to everyone in our community. Only EduDiverse Staff will view this form.


Once the form is completed, EduDiverse will contact you with availability and a quote for the provision you require, along with terms and conditions.
